Join us on Sunday, November 3, as the stars of the NASCAR Cup Series battle it out for a final shot at the Championship 4 in the Xfinity 500!
Our 2024 Martinsville NASCAR race ticket tour packages include NASCAR Cup Series race tickets. Sit high in the Glenn Wood (First Turn) Tower. Enjoy a great view of the cars as they race towards you and through the turn. Chartered motorcoach transfers are included in all of our Martinsville NASCAR race travel packages. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your trip. Our tour representative will take care of everything. Your bus will take you to the track, and park, and take you back again after the race. The bus will remain open until the start of the race. You can come and go throughout the day. Bring a chair and your favorite beverage to relax around the bus with other NASCAR race fans. A tailgate lunch is included on Sunday.
Our hotel for our Martinsville NASCAR race ticket packages is the Hyatt Place Roanoke. Hyatt Place is located about 60 miles from Martinsville Speedway. It offers free parking and free airport transfers from Roanoke Airport (ROA). A free Hyatt Place breakfast is available daily and there is a bar with limited food service. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the Valley View Mall is about 1 mile away. Other amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and a business center. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at Noon. Add pre - or post-race hotel nights for $159.00 inclusive, per night.
If you would like to enhance your Martinsville experience, we offer a Pre-Race Experience that includes: Walk on the frontstretch of the historic half-mile track, Driver and Racing Personality Emceed Q&A to be announced. Also, scanner rentals are available at https://racingelectronics.com to listen to your favorite driver. Reserve your scanner early. Scanner rentals booked quickly in 2024. Both of these enhancements are available at an additional cost.
If you need pre or post-departure stays. Our Lancaster departure is from the parking lot of the Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster 17601 – parking is free. Terms:
A $200 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the final payment being due by 9/3/24. The full amount of the package price is due when making a reservation after 9/3/24.
A $20.00 per transaction administration fee will be charged if your reservation is canceled. Deposits are refundable prior to 60 days before the tour, minus any monies already paid by BLT. Cancellations 45-60 days are subject to a $75.00 per person per day fee, plus any fees already paid by BLT. No refunds within 45 days of the tour.

Saturday, November 2 – NASCAR Xfinity Series Races
Full Package
Our chartered bus departs Lancaster early in the morning so that we can arrive at Martinsville Speedway several hours prior to race time. We will stop in Roanoke at the Hyatt to pick up folks who are meeting us in Roanoke. Traffic is heavy on race days, and this allows you time at the track to shop, visit hospitality tents, see events on the track that take place prior to the main event (qualifying, final practice), or just to relax on and around the bus. You may bring folding chairs to relax around the bus before the race.
The Xfinity race is currently scheduled for TBD PM, so we plan to depart Hyatt Place at 10:30 AM. The exact departure time will be based on the racetrack’s schedule of events. Time on the bus is approximately 1-1/2 hours from the time we depart the hotel until we are parked at the racetrack.
The bus departs for the hotel as soon as we have all passengers onboard after the race.
Sunday, November 3 – NASCAR Cup Series Race

A tailgate lunch is included. The Cup race is currently scheduled for TBD PM, so we would plan to depart Hyatt Place at 8:30 AM. The exact departure time will be based on the racetrack’s schedule of events. Time on the bus is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the time we depart the hotel until we are parked at the racetrack.
The bus departs for the hotel as soon as we have all passengers onboard after the race.
Additional Information:
Martinsville Speedway is the shortest track in the NASCAR Cup Series, otherwise known as the paper clip. This unique track offers a combination of long straightaways and narrow turns, making for some exciting racing. This track is easy to maneuver and has been voted as the “best track to view all the action!” The seating is comfortable too, with high-rise aluminum chair backs.
Tempers often flare but the one who can hold on the longest to cross the finish line will take home the coveted Grandfather Clock trophy.
There is another iconic treat that this Speedway has to offer, the famous Martinsville Speedway red hot dog! You can’t leave without one (or two).
