Notice: Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification and reference for potential clients of Bucket List Tours by Barb, and reference to a specific event or use of photographs is not intended to imply nor should it be assumed that Bucket List Tours by Barb is endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the organizers and sponsors of events referenced herein.
Bucket List Tours by Barb acts only in the capacity of agent for the passengers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation and, as such, shall not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise connected therewith. All rates and features are shown in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Any bank fees incurred for returned checks will be the responsibility of the tour participant. Bucket List Tours by Barb LLC reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the programs and itineraries. Bucket List Tours by Barb LLC cannot be held responsible for losses due to the postponement of an event caused by weather conditions equipment arriving late or mechanical failure. Bucket List Tours by Barb LLC assumes no liability for theft or damage to any vehicle or its contents while on tour.
Tour Planning: All prices quoted on this website are per person based on the occupancy level of the hotel room and are in U.S. Dollars and include costs associated with the planning, communication, administration, and operations as such, an itemization of costs will not be provided under any circumstances.
Reservations, Payment, and Deadlines: One-Day Tours – Full Payment is due at the time of booking. Tour Participant's reservation is confirmed when payment is made.
Multi-Day Tours-Deposit is determined by the individual tour and will be listed with tour details. Your seat is confirmed with a deposit. The final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour and will be listed with tour details. Reservations made less than 61 days prior to the tour date will be due in full at the time of booking. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not bill you for a tour. We will send you a confirmation once the payment has been received.
Payment may be made by check or major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo, or ACH transfers are also accepted. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of the tour. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC retains the right to change or withdraw a tour if necessary. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice you in the event of an accounting or paperwork error or if erroneous information and/or prices are listed on our website.
Insufficient Funds: The tour participant is responsible for any insufficient funds, and bank fees incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC.
Final Payment: Final payment on your vacation package is due in our office 61 days prior to the start of your tour unless noted otherwise. Once payment has been received, your itinerary will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the tour.
Credit Card Payments: The tour participant agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC and received by the tour participant. Any disputes or discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of your tour package.
Lost or Stolen Documents: Event tickets and airline tickets must be kept in a safe location and are the responsibility of the tour participant. Replacing lost tickets is difficult and can result in additional charges.
Cancellations: If cancellation becomes necessary, the right to a refund is limited. All requests must be made in writing and sent Return Receipt, to Bucket List Tours by Barb 497 Meadowlark Lane, Manheim, PA 17545.
Refunds: One-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 46 days prior to tour departure, minus any monies for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC. A $30.00 per transaction fee will be charged per cancellation transaction. All monies will only be refunded if the ticket is resold. No refunds within 45 days prior to the tour, or to people who fail to show up the day of the tour. Certain one-day tours such as shows and dinner theaters, etc., may involve non-refundable payment. Any credit card fees incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not be refunded. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the trip you are taking.
Multi-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 61 days prior to tour departure, minus any monies for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC. A $30.00 per transaction fee will be charged per cancellation transaction. All monies will only be refunded if the ticket is resold. Cancellations received 45-60 days prior to the tour will be subject to a $75.00 person-per-day cancellation fee. Any credit card fees incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not be refunded. No refunds within 45 days or less prior to departure.
Travel insurance can guard you against any monetary loss due to unforeseen circumstances prior to or during your trip.
Travel insurance is recommended and available through Travel Insured. Click on the link to see Bucket List Tours on the top left. Create an account on the top right. Typically for bus tours if you purchase the Worldwide Trip Protector Edge plan you will be fine. There will be an option to add selected upgrades at an additional cost, within 14-days of your original payment. Once you create an account you can login to your account 24/7. Travel Insured may be used for all your travel insurance, not just bookings through Bucket List Tours by Barb.
Options: If you order options in addition to the basic tour package and you have to cancel your reservations, all options that are not part of the basic package and have to be ordered specially at your request, such as tour package upgrades, extra tickets for companion events or other similar items are non-refundable unless we can resell the option. Options may require full payment at the time of your reservation deposit. Options cannot be sold separately from a package. If you do not purchase a complete Travel Package when making a reservation, then you cannot purchase the corresponding 0ption listed under the Shop Now page. If a complete travel package is not ordered, your order for an option will be voided.
Changing Your Reservation or Modifications: Making changes to your tour package to reduce any included items within 60 days of the tour will result in the full charge of the originally included item(s). Name changes can be made up until the time of departure for bus-only tours at no additional cost. Any changes made to scheduled airline tickets or hotels are dictated by the airline and hotel policies, and Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC assumes no responsibility.
Hotel Arrival Date: Tour participant agrees to check into the hotel room on the scheduled arrival day to avoid being considered a "no-show". If the tour participant is a no-show, Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not be responsible. If the tour participant checks out of their hotel room prior to the departure date, any refunds from the hotel will go back to Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC. The hotel room rate is based on the number of rooms reserved. Room type is a request only; and even though most of the time our clients receive their requested room types, we cannot guarantee certain room types whether it be a non-smoking or smoking, king or two doubles.
Incidental Hotel Charges: Tour participant agrees to pay any incidental hotel room charges to his/her room during their tour package.
Hotel Accommodations: Tour participant agrees to accept non-smoking rooms for their hotel accommodations. Most hotels are now non-smoking with few exceptions. We will attempt to reserve a smoking room if you request one; however, we cannot guarantee a smoking room. Should Tour Participant smoke in a non-smoking hotel room and be charged a fee for "Smoking" by the hotel, that fee will be the responsibility of the Tour Participant that broke the hotel rules. Should smoking continue to be an issue, the Tour Participant could be dismissed from the tour group. Any hotel room damages incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will be the responsibility of the person/persons responsible.
Unused Tour Services: No refunds will be made for any unused tour services or tour components.
Baggage and Other Personal Belongings: Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC or their agents shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any tour participant's baggage or other personal belongings.
Itinerary: Bucket List Tours by barb, LLC reserves the right to change the itinerary of any tour because of lack of time or due to mechanical failure of equipment or late arriving equipment.
Tickets: Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC shall be under no liability because of cancellation of any event in which tickets are furnished by the tour operator in case such game, sporting event, show, or other such event is canceled due to inclement weather or any other condition beyond the tour operator's control. Event tickets will sometimes be issued as Hard Stock Paper Tickets, Print at Home Paper Tickets, or Electronic Mobile Tickets. In certain cases, tickets may be texted to you. In the event of Electronic Mobile Tickets, the client will be required to download the Mobile Ticket Application (such as Stubhub, Seatgeek, or others) in order to accept the event tickets. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC shall not be liable for unused tickets should the client willingly choose not to download the Ticket Application for the Mobile Tickets. Some venues are now only using mobile tickets.
Responsibility: Tour participant acknowledges that Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services which are not directly supplied by this company, such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, event tickets, and cruises and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delays or injury to tour participants. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any tour participant in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases or pandemics, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the company's control. Certain events can be dangerous and the tour operator shall not be responsible for any injuries or death resulting from an accident on any of Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC tours. By embarking upon this tour package, the tour participant voluntarily assumes all risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your booking shall constitute consent to the above and engaging arrangements on his/her behalf and agrees that recitation or damages if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
Covid-19 Information and Terms: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and, therefore, spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment or cure, for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illnesses and even death. Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC cannot prevent you or any of your tour participants from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC services. It is not possible to prevent the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC services, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. ASSUMPTION OF RISK.-- I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and any tour participants that I confirm in order to utilize Bucket List Tour by Barb, LLC services. These services are of such value to me and my tour participants that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC services. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY.-- I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Bucket List Tour by Barb, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC' services. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease, property losses or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence, and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
