Please indicate with your check which travel tour you are reserving, the contact information, and the departure location of everyone on your reservation.
Tour participant is responsible for any insufficient funds, or bank fees that may occur.
Payment and Deadlines: One-Day Tours – Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your seat is reserved with payment.
Multi-Day Tours - Deposit is determined by the individual tour and will be listed with tour details. Your seat is reserved with a deposit. The final payment is determined by the individual tour and will be listed with tour details. Bucket List Tours by Barb will not bill you for a tour. We will send you a confirmation once the payment has been received.
Refunds: One-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 45 days prior to tour departure minus any monies for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Bucket List Tours by Barb. A $30.00 per transaction fee will be charged per cancellation transaction. All monies will be refunded only if the tickets are resold. No refunds within 45 days prior to the tour or to people who fail to show up on the day of the tour. Certain one-day tours such as shows and dinner theaters, etc., may involve non-refundable payment. Any credit card fees incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not be refunded. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the trip you are taking.
Multi-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 60 days prior to tour departure minus any monies for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Bucket List Tours by Barb. A $30.00 per transaction fee will be charged per cancellation transaction. All monies will only be refunded if the tickets are resold. Cancellations received 45-60 days prior to the tour will be subject to a $75.00 person-per-day cancellation fee, plus any monies for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Bucket List Tours by Barb. Any credit card fees incurred by Bucket List Tours by Barb, LLC will not be refunded. No refunds within 45 days or less prior to departure.
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance: Travel insurance is recommended and available through Travel Insured. Click on the link to see Bucket List Tours on the top left. Create an account on the top right. Typically for bus tours if you purchase the Worldwide Trip Protector Edge plan you will be fine. There will be an option to add selected upgrades at an additional cost, within 14-days of your original payment.
