Ole Covered Wagon Tour is providing our own private Horse Drawn Wagon Ride traveling through the heart of the historic downtown of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. We will travel up and down Historic Main Street. Wellsboro is well known for its beautiful gas lights, and beautiful buildings. Next, we stop at Rookie Cooks Academy for a presentation on how Wellsboro saved Christmas during World War II. Upon arrival, you will enjoy light fare, including a selection of popular holiday foods that would have been served in those days. Stroll along our gas-lit Main Street, shop local, and enjoy our picturesque town! Visit 34 displays of historic ornaments made locally in the early 1940s and learn how Wellsboro saved Christmas during World War II.
